Aaron and Kat at Mudita are wonderful. Having such a wonderful resource to truly assess and work through aches and pains is a true blessing. I am so grateful to have found them and to have the ability to have a place I can go to take the stress away. As a dog lover, it was awesome because Aaron and Kat know I love dogs so they brought in their dogs for me to be able to enjoy petting while they worked on my massage. Kat was such a magical expert at working through some of the issues I have with injuries to ensure that I get the most out of my services and to help guide me to ensure that I am injured less often. The space at Mudita is beautiful, peaceful and approachable. I could not possibly recommend them more.

I have gone to Mudita for both yoga and massages and I’m never disappointed when I leave! The yoga classes are always unique and each instructor brings their own style to the practice. Yoga with live music is by far my favorite class to take. I’ve also had massages by both Aaron and Kat and they are truly the best at what they do. They listen to your needs and then structure your massage accordingly. They are the best yoga and massage studio in Keene!
